The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and all other conflict of laws shall be excluded.

This agreement is concluded in Hsinchu City, Taiwan Province. If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement (including but not limited to contract or other property rights and interests disputes), both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, the two parties agree to submit it to the people's court for jurisdiction and handling.

(l) Other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations.

5. When using our services, you must comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, such as the Cybersecurity Law, the Administrative Measures for the Security Protection of International Networking of Computer Information Networks, the Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, the Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Announcement Services, the Decision on Maintaining Internet Security, the Administrative Provisions on Internet News Information Services, and the Provisions on the Ecological Governance of Online Information Content. Users shall agree not to use the Service to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:

(3) The relevant services provided under this Agreement will try their best to maintain their security and convenience, but shall not be responsible for the deletion or storage failure of information that appears in the service (including but not limited to information posted by users);

(4) The relevant services provided under this agreement will not be affected by force majeure, computer virus, hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, telecommunications department reasons, and any other external or human factors such as network, technology, communication lines;

(5) The accuracy and completeness of external links set up for the convenience of users are not guaranteed under this Agreement, and we are not responsible for the content of any web pages that are not under the actual control of such external links.

Changes, interruptions, suspensions, or terminations of the Services

1 If the service needs to be suspended due to the need for maintenance or upgrade of the website, platform, system, or service, notice will be given in advance as much as possible.

Regulations and penalties that group chat administrators need to abide by

1 Users must maintain a good atmosphere, i.e. users have never been reported for group chat incidents, including but not limited to:

（1） There is no record of random kicking group members.

（2） There are no members of the ban group.

（3） There is no violation of the group rules.

（4） There is no random change of group data and announcements.

（5） There is no violation of the above regulations in other groups.

2 If the user violates the above regulations, the following regulations will be punished, including but not limited to:

（1） If more than 10 people are kicked out or 10% of the group members are kicked out, they will be warned three times and dismissed.

（2） If more than 50 people are kicked out or 50% of the group members are kicked out, they will be dismissed immediately.

（3） If only administrators, group owners and users are kicked out, or 90% of the group members are kicked out, they will be immediately dismissed and blocked.

（4） If the group data or announcement is maliciously changed, the warning will be given three times, and the employee will be dismissed.

（5） If the above regulations are violated in other group chats, they will be punished according to the above regulations (except for the blocking in Article 3).

3 Users must abide by this regulation when managing group members, and we do not condone users with problematic backgrounds as administrators.

Blocking penalties

（c） This person has opened a service number.

Community self-discipline convention

1 Users must comply with this Regulation, the penalties of which apply to each User, which is the basic agreement for each User's use of our Services.

3 If a user violates the Community Basic Agreement, we do not mind using the following penalties, including but not limited to:

（1） Send any insulting words in the comment area.

（2） Malicious account opening leads to our personal privacy leakers, we will not only block it, but also collect evidence and report it to the local public security organs.

（3） If we maliciously steal our personal information or use videos as a provocation, we will collect materials and seek help from platform customer service, and in severe cases, we will report the case to the local public security organs.

（4） If we maliciously harass us in private messages or publish some content that we cannot accept, we have the right to block on the spot without notifying the user, and in serious cases, we will seek customer service or report the case to the local authorities.

（5） If you maliciously leak or disclose your personal information, we will immediately block it, deprive you of the opportunity to make a statement, and seek help from customer service or local police.

（6） If the breach is serious, not only the user will be blocked and deleted, but also the account related to the user will also be blocked and deleted.

Use our encapsulation system treaty
